WowThanks Platform FAQs

Some offers can be redeemed as many times as you like, but others may have restrictions. You can check the individual offers T&Cs to be sure.

Each competition can be entered only 1 single time.

All offers need to be used by their individual expiry date. This is clearly labelled on the offer’s description.

When you log onto the website of the brand with the offer, apply the promotional code in the discount box at the checkout or shopping cart (depending on partner website’s design). Please be aware that some offers are for specific products or do not work if there is a sale on the website and a higher promotional offer is already applied.  Some promotional offers can be used in-store and you will need to display the code when paying for your items.

Once you’re logged in, you can view all the redeemed offers in the “My Rewards” section. You can find it on the tab on top of the screen.

Each offer has its own set of terms and conditions.

Free offers or rewards do expire and the expiry dates are clearly noted for each one.

To redeem any of these rewards you need points on your account. Once you have enough points, you can claim any available reward on the platform. These rewards are considered premium and are not free.

Competition FAQs

You can enter all competitions available. One entry per user per competition.

The closing date for entries is always clearly stated for each competition.

Prize winners will get an email to let them know they have won a prize.

Congratulations! We will get in touch with you over email to let you know you’ve won and either include your prize details in the email if it’s an e-Gift Code, or confirm your address to send the prize out to you if it’s a physical item.

You can reset your password using a link at the log in page. Simply click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow on-screen instructions.
